2.        Payment transaction information, including but is not limited to information of sending, receiving, requesting payments, or any detail related to the transaction.

3.        Other users and businesses, such as information about You from other users and businesses.

When You use Payments, these third-party financial institutions share with Us information about You or Your Payments activity in accordance with applicable law. We may receive information about You or Your transactions including information to confirm Your registration, the payment sender or receiver’s name, account status and balance sufficiency, transaction reference IDs, risk or fraud alerts. (Please note that when You use third-party financial institutions' services, their terms and privacy policies will govern Your use of their services.)

Information from Third-Party Log-in Services

The Company allows You to create an account and log in to use the Service through the following Third-party Log-in Services:

Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of Your activity, communicate or Payments with You and view Your profile. We do not control and are not responsible for, other uses of Your Personal Data by Your Third-Party log-in Services and third-party financial institutions.

 

     Retention of Your Personal Data

We will retain Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

We will also retain Usage Information for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Services and Products, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

You may request deletion of your Payments data by deleting Your app account. When You choose to request to delete your Payments data, please note that We may retain some of Your Payments data to provide customer service to You or to the people or businesses You have transacted with, or for the legal purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. Please note that data You or We shared with third-party financial institutions will be deleted in accordance with their own policies.

     Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your Personal Data is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this Personal Data may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the information protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.
