information to confirm Your registration, the payment sender or receiver’s
name, account status and balance sufficiency, transaction reference IDs, risk
or fraud alerts. (Please note that when You use third-party financial institutions'
services, their terms and privacy policies will govern Your use of their services.)

responsible for, other uses of Your Personal Data by Your Third-Party log-in
Services and third-party financial institutions.
We will retain Your Personal Data to
the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we
are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve
disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
We will also retain Usage
Information for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained
for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the
security or to improve the functionality of Our Services and Products, or We
are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
You may request deletion of your
Payments data by deleting Your app account. When You choose to request to
delete your Payments data, please note that We may retain some of Your Payments
data to provide customer service to You or to the people or businesses You have
transacted with, or for the legal purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.
Please note that data You or We shared with third-party financial institutions
will be deleted in accordance with their own policies.
Your Personal Data is processed at
the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties
involved in the processing are located. It means that this Personal Data may be
transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state,
province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the information
protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction. Your consent to
